CFLP Overview
China Finance Leadership Program (CFLP) was established in 1995 as a Carrier Program and changed to a UTC program in May 1998. This program thrives to attract and retain promising finance talent from high ranking Chinese educational institutions, with the intention to offer rewarding long-term career opportunities in United Technologies in a dynamic global environment.
