职位名称  Contract Operation(商务运营)

职位描述

1. support sales on quotation generation, pricing approval, contract preparation, terms & conditions review, and get all necessary approval
2. set up system to make sure service can be smoothly fulfill
3. follow up invoice and AR (Account Receivable) issue
4. familiar with local/international law/policy/process/system;
5. familiar with different HP’s organization & their responsibility;
6. coordinate different team to review end to end process/model;
7. coordinate  requirements from business team or delivery team;
8. follow HP process and control potential risk
9. provide basic reporting and data analysis

职位要求

1. At least a Bachelor Degree in Information Management, Economic, Financial Management, Business Administration, or engineering;
2. Good written and oral English, level above CET Band 4;
3. Obtain strong communication and interpersonal skills;
4. Highly sense of responsibility;
5. Demonstrate high level of commitment and drive;
6. Able to work under high pressure and tight deadline;
7. Ability to work independently with high quality as well as part of the team;
8. Basic legal, tax, finance and accounting knowledge;
9. Personal computer skills, such as Word, Excel.
