So in the year of 2001, NNCP decided to buy 40 thousand kilometers lands in Tianjin Economic-Technological Area (TEDA) to build a new plant comply with GMP certificate. The first phrase invested RMB 35 millions to build a plant around 4000 square meters building which include production room, ambient warehouse, cold storage, lab area, archiving room, dining room and office area. On August 13 2003, inauguration ceremony for new plant was formally celebrated and TEDA new pant formally launched into use from now on.
